Creating a Newer Experience Every Time!
Ernest Hemingway once said, “I learned never to empty the well of my writing, but always to stop when there was still something there in the deep part of the well, and let it refill at night from the springs that fed it.” Imitating this thought, I present to you a much thought and meaningful issue of Light House. We have spent a lot of time thinking about modifying the issue and presenting sometime unique, which provides a better viewer experience.
As we move ahead with our Light House journal towards its 2nd edition, we realise that certainly, the new age, calls for a completely fresh outlook and a repurposed content. Therefore, through this medium, you can expect an array of news articles and features from the rapporteurs of Indian High School (students, who have been groomed into journalistic writing). Communications is the most integral part in any community. Therefore, working on the similar principle, these budding journalists and editors will provide reportage on noteworthy events, activities and incidences of the school.
This 2nd Edition of 2014-15, highlights many events, activities of the school and its stakeholders. It includes exhaustive coverage of competitions like Project X, Puzzle 2014, World Scholar’s Cup and much more regarding the champs of IHS. You will find fetching accounts of their Talent’s Day, Hindi Divas, Bizz Buzz, Comm Factor, Declamation and so on… Our rapporteurs have also written even beautiful features on students celebrating Diwali, their educational trip to UK & Scotland. It is easy to go on about these pleasing reads. Besides the interesting features, expect to see news reports on various school events as well. These budding journalists have covered almost everything noteworthy on the block.
We hope you enjoy Light House as much as we’ve enjoyed putting it together. Please let us know your thoughts and comments on the issue, write to me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
